My professional journey post-sports didn't start with a destination in mind. It started with a question:
How do I make my lived experiences, both personal and professional, useful to others?
For a decade, I achieved uncommon success in the NFL. I became a top performer in one of the most competitive industries in the world.
But when I left the game, I had to reinvent myself to the public. To most, I was just an athlete, an entertainer. And there was no playbook to change perceptions.
I knew my success on the field came from strategic thinking and situational awareness that empowered me to perform under pressure. So I leaned into those things to build a new identity. One rooted in self awareness and anchored by strategic positioning.
Over time, those pillars became the foundation of my post-football journey. I didn't obsess over outcomes; I leaned in into process: building capacity, creating space for clarity, and defining priorities to meet the demands of each moment.
My work as a coach is designed to help high capacity athletes, entrepreneurs, and business leaders do the same.
